Job summary
Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking an Engineer III, Steam Turbine Contracts to lead the technical aspects of bids and contract execution for steam turbine equipment sourced from external suppliers. You will coordinate with sales and engineering teams, maintain turbine specifications, and ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
The role requires subject matter expertise in steam turbine technology, strong proposal management, and project engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Subject matter expertise in steam turbine technology and project engineering.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical and regulatory materials in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard steam turbine specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams on bidding/contracting strategies.
- Oversee technical aspects of business development and contract execution for steam turbine scope.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for steam turbine contracts throughout development and execution.
- Mentor lower-level engineers and transfer technical knowledge.
- Travel 5% to 20% to customer sites and offices.
