Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking an Insurance Financial Reporting Lead to own our statutory financial reporting from NAIC filings to audit readiness. You will work across Finance, Compliance, Legal and Insurance, coordinating with actuarial and reinsurance teams to ensure data reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will lead end-to-end annual statements, RBC analyses, and related schedules, while supporting the development of scalable controls and accurate reporting as Branch grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in property & casualty insurance finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of statutory financial reporting and controls.
• Experience with annual statement filings and RBC analyses.
• Experience leading statutory audits.
• Ability to read Schedule P across years and explain what it shows.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and delivery of statutory financial statements, including NAIC filings and RBC forecasting tools.
• Own the annual statement end to end, coordinating schedules with accounting, actuarial and reinsurance teams.
• Lead the statutory audit and manage PBC processes.
• Analyze month‑over‑month changes and provide clear reporting to leadership.
• Support monthly close and develop audit-ready documentation for processes and controls.
• Collaborate with Data Office to define controls and data availability for accurate reporting.
• Contribute to special projects to improve financial transparency and regulatory compliance.
