Job summary

BD is seeking a Statistician/Biostatistician to support product development, clinical studies, and business decisions in a regulated healthcare environment. The role involves designing studies, developing analysis plans, generating reports, and communicating insights across functions.

Master’s or PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics with experience in R and/or SAS is preferred. Candidate will collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and stay current with

Qualifications

Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent).
3+ years of experience in regulated healthcare, life sciences, or medical device environment.
Proficiency in programming, documenting, and validating analyses using R and/or SAS.
Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, plan, analyze, and interpret studies to support product development and business decisions.
Develop and review study protocols and regulatory documents.
Independently develop and maintain statistical analysis plans.
Program, document, validate, and maintain statistical code in R and/or SAS for data management, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Present statistics to cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to scientific communications.
