Job summary

ANSER seeks a Statistician/Mathematician to support DIA intelligence and AI assurance by applying advanced statistical and mathematical methods to solve complex problems. You will develop quantitative methodologies, performance metrics, and TEVV activities, working with large datasets and communicating findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance and ability to obtain Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
• Master’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with at least 17 years of relevant experience.
• Experience applying advanced statistical and mathematical theories to complex problems.
• Experience developing models, metrics, and quantitative methodologies.
• Expertise in statistical testing, sampling, experimental design, baseline analysis, and performance measurement.
• Ability to automate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis with code or scripts.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical and mathematical methods to solve complex intelligence, analytical, and AI assurance problems.
• Collect and prepare numerical data for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Develop statistical models for analysis, simulation, testing, and evaluation.
• Design metrics and experimental methodologies with baselines and tests.
• Process large datasets and automate data collection and processing.
• Evaluate AI system performance, robustness, fairness, and reliability.
• Design and execute TEVV protocols and analyze results for improvements.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with analytic standards.
• Produce graphs, charts, and written assessments documenting findings and recommendations.
• Present quantitative findings to diverse stakeholders.
