Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Statistician/Mathematician to support DIA intelligence and AI assurance requirements through advanced statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, and rigorous evaluation of analytic and AI system performance.

You will apply sophisticated statistical and mathematical methods to complex intelligence and technical challenges, develop quantitative methodologies and performance metrics, and support TEVV activities.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with the ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
• Master’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 17 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience applying advanced statistical and mathematical theories and methods to complex intelligence, analytical, or technical problems.
• Experience developing statistical and mathematical models, computational simulations, performance metrics, and quantitative analytical methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical and mathematical methods to solve complex intelligence, analytical, and AI assurance problems.
• Collect, organize, validate, and prepare numerical data for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Develop statistical and mathematical models for analysis, simulation, testing, and performance evaluation.
• Design scientifically valid metrics and analytical methodologies using appropriate baselines, historical data, and experimental designs.
• Process large and complex datasets and develop code or scripts to automate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis.
• Develop and apply statistical methods to evaluate AI system performance, robustness, fairness, and reliability.
