Tutor Perini is seeking a Superintendent - Station Finishes for the Newark AirTrain project. This role leads interior station finishes, coordinating with project management, subcontractors, owners, consultants, and inspection agencies to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing station finishes on transit or large-scale infrastructure projects in the New York City area, with a proven ability to resolve field issues and maintain

Competenze

• 12+ years of superintendent/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience on transit, railroad, airport, transportation, infrastructure, or large commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, RFIs, and submittals.

Mansioni

• Manage and supervise all station finish activities from rough-in through final completion.
• Coordinate installation of tile, terrazzo, stone, drywall, painting, and architectural components.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules for station finish activities.
• Coordinate daily work with MEP, systems, structural, and civil teams.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily field activities.
• Maintain project schedule milestones and implement recovery plans when required.
• Conduct regular quality-control inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
