Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Eight years of electric utility engineering experience.
• Three years of station design, maintenance, or construction.
• Three years of leading engineering, construction, or operations assignments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and supervise the engineering and design of station facilities to match approved schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical consultation and analysis in support of R&D, planning, operations and maintenance.
• Contribute to capital forecasting for station projects and coordinate with planning and maintenance groups.
• Ensure all work complies with Company policies, standards and regulations.
• Develop employees and administer performance reviews and salary programs.
