Job summary

State of North Carolina's Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Lead CQI Specialist to provide statewide leadership and expert guidance to Adult Services CQI Specialists across all 100 county DSS agencies. The role ensures consistent implementation of Adult Services programs in alignment with federal and state laws, and supports improvement through data analysis and CQI methods.

You will develop statewide tools, deliver technical assistance, and coordinate cross-regional training

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's in a discipline related to the program with several years of experience.
Experience applying APS, Guardianship, SAIH and Adult Services policy county-wide.
Ability to lead statewide CQI initiatives and cross-county collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide statewide leadership to Adult Services CQI Specialists across 100 county DSS agencies.
Ensure consistent implementation of APS, Guardianship, SAIH, Adult Placement, and related services.
Analyze statewide program performance data to identify issues and opportunities.
Coordinate statewide case reviews and guide regions in CQI strategies.
Develop statewide CQI tools, guidance, and resources for uniform practice across counties.
