EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE State & Local Tax team seeks a Services Manager to deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients. You will work collaboratively with colleagues from various practices to identify issues, develop intelligent plans, and strengthen client relationships.

Join us in a hybrid model with significant in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate has a CPA/EA/Attorney credential, 5+ years' experience, and strong knowledge of tax

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or graduate degree in Tax/Law.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Licensed Attorney.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in professional services or professional tax organization.
• Understanding of automated tax processing systems and applicable laws.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver tax compliance and consulting work for clients.
• Analyze an evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to provide insights.
• Identify opportunities and risks and communicate them to clients.
• Develop clear plans to improve clients' tax activities.
