EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE Private practice seeks a senior tax professional to advise high-net-worth clients and privately held companies. You will lead complex tax planning, compliance, and client relationships while coordinating across cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) or licensed attorney preferred.
• Experience in a professional services or tax services organization in financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and escalate complex matters to senior management and professionals.
• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting services to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on complex situations.
• Manage client communications to gather information and support informed decisions.
• Oversee engagement deliverables and team resources for timely, accurate tax work.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
• Review staff work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
