Job summary

EY is seeking a senior tax professional to lead compliance and consulting delivery in the Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE unit. You will manage client tax information, advise on complex tax matters, and guide engagement teams across multiple clients in a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA/EA or licensed attorney status with at least eight years of experience in tax services within financial services, and a strong foundation in federal and state/local taxation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Professional credentials (CPA/EA or attorney) are preferred.
• Minimum eight years in tax or professional services for financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting delivery to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects independently with guidance on complex situations.
• Coordinate with client tax liaisons and teams to gather information.
• Support long-term client relationships and manage engagement resources.
• Provide direction on complex tax matters and supervise staff.
