Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in professional services or tax
• Strong understanding of automated tax processing systems and laws
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills; able to challenge senior colleagues
• Hybrid model with ~60% in-person work expected in client serving roles

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients.
• Identify problem areas and escalate as needed to meet client needs.
• Develop clear plans to improve clients’ tax activities and outcomes.
• Research client operations and build long-lasting relationships for tailored advice.
• Coach and develop a team of tax professionals; review work and provide tools and opportunities.
