Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a regulatory affairs professional to own the full lifecycle of insurance product filings, ensuring accurate submissions across all 51 jurisdictions. You will develop filing strategies and proactively resolve regulatory challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, law, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years managing multi-state insurance product filings (Forms, Rates, Rules).
Strong knowledge of SERFF, Florida's i-File system, and jurisdictional requirements.
Deep understanding of commercial P&C policy forms and regulations.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of product filings across all 51 jurisdictions.
Develop filing strategies and proactively resolve regulatory challenges to keep projects on track.
Manage tight deadlines and relationships with state regulators and external consultants.
Analyze insurance regulations, statutes, and bulletins to ensure compliance.
Develop, revise, and maintain policy forms, endorsements, and manuals for commercial P&C insurance products.
Partner with Insurance Product Managers and Legal to draft and refine policy language and address state objections.
Oversee and resolve compliance-related tickets escalated by the Legal and Insurance Product team.
Monitor and evaluate ISO and NCCI bureau circulars for business impact.
Maintain documentation of manual and form language revisions to support audits.
Organize and track all filing workflows in Confluence, JIRA, and internal databases.
