The position emphasizes collaboration with government and regulatory partners, extensive use of analytics, and travel up to 25% within the United States. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or CPA candidacy required.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting, auditing, and/or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to a team of auditing professionals.
• Conduct testing to determine accuracy and completeness of amounts reported and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Prepare work papers, findings, and reports per auditing standards.
• Review team work products and provide guidance.
• Lead client meetings as primary liaison.
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and submitted per contractual deadlines.
• Leverage data analysis tools and AI to improve audit procedures.
