Modigent is seeking a senior Start Up Technician III to lead commissioning, startup, and warranty service for complex HVAC and mechanical systems. You will diagnose advanced issues, mentor Technicians I and II, and coordinate with trades, vendors, customers, and project stakeholders.

This field-based role demands strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality across all startup activities.

Competenze

• Progressive experience in equipment start-up, commissioning, warranty service, or related trades.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply complex blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication.
• Rigorous safety focus and ability to work in challenging field environments.

Mansioni

• Lead safety compliance and site safety briefings; enforce OSHA standards.
• Perform start-up, functional testing, and commissioning of complex systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls issues; implement repairs.
• Coordinate with trades, vendors, customers, and project managers on-site.
• Mentor Technicians I & II; provide feedback and training.
• Document startup and warranty work thoroughly; prepare reports.
