You will partner with Clinical Operations, Product, Data, Managed Care Operations and senior leadership to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting, business analytics, or healthcare analytics experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and large datasets.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Ability to summarize large amounts of information clearly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Bachelor degree required.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytical models predicting performance for Stars reporting.
• Develop forecasting models projecting Oak Street's performance in CMS Stars.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
