Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive healthcare performance analytics supporting D-SNPs (FIDE/HIDE). The role requires advanced analytics, healthcare domain expertise, and independent leadership for complex analyses using healthcare data.

You will integrate multiple data sources, build dashboards and scorecards, present insights to senior leadership, and collaborate with business owners to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health informatics or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis or related field.
Experience with HEDIS and Stars measures.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analytical projects.

Responsibilities

Develop member-level targeting lists using criteria, measure-level gaps, claims data, and member attributes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach, engagement, and quality programs.
Conduct root-cause analysis for data issues.
Integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple healthcare sources: claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, clinical, HEDIS datasets.
Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and health plan scorecards.
Present measure performance analyses to senior leadership.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity of reports for decision making.
Complete ad-hoc and scheduled reporting deliverables timely.
Assist with special projects as requested.
