Job summary

The Standardized Patient Program Senior Specialist at Ohio State University supports the SP program within the Clinical Skills Education and Assessment Center (CSEAC). You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of standardized patients to meet curricular needs.

You will serve as a primary contact for faculty, learners, and staff, oversee student employees, and work with program leadership to implement SP case materials and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience required; 4-8 years preferred.
• Experience in a medical educational or clinical setting preferred.

• Provide expertise and support for the Standardized Patient (SP) Program.
• Coordinate SP recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching.
