Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist

The Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist provides administrative and customer service support focused on escalated inquiries from participants or their team members related to Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting processing. The Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist will collaborate across the team to promote the most efficient and effective resolution strategies across all Self-Directed Services processes. This position will be cross-trained in all Self-Directed Services processes.

This role is within Fello's Self-Directed Services department. Fello contracts with the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) as a Financial Management and Counseling Services (FMCS) provider. In this Medicaid program, participants act as the Employer of Record: they hire their own workers and choose their services while Fello handles all administrative tasks, including payroll and bill payment.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in finance-related customer service—particularly in financial reporting and accounts payable—is also required.
