Fello's Self-Directed Services team seeks a Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist to provide admin and customer service support for escalated accounts payable and financial reporting inquiries. You will work cross-functionally to promote efficient resolution strategies and ensure accurate processing within the Medicaid FMCS framework.

Qualifications

• Finance-related customer service with hands-on experience in financial reporting and accounts payable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented; able to work across departments and independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and customer service support for escalated Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting inquiries.
• Collaborate across the team to promote efficient resolution strategies for Self-Directed Services processes.
