Zusammenfassung

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to build and sustain trusted relationships across the FSLTTIP community and drive adoption of HSIN products and services. You will manage stakeholder lifecycle, produce engagement materials, and coordinate communications with the HSIN program team.

Requirements include 10+ years leading stakeholder engagement, excellent communication and change-management skills, and DHS suitability. U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading teams and identifying stakeholders' business needs.
• Proficiency in communication, change management, and mobilizing and engaging stakeholders who benefit from HSIN.
• Ability to rapidly develop working knowledge of HSIN features and products to inform stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and DHS suitability requirements.
• HSIN-related knowledge and security requirements (E-Verify, SF-86).

Aufgaben

• Communicate effectively to keep HSIN stakeholders informed and build trust-based relationships.
• Explain Drupal-based HSIN platform capabilities and relay feedback to development teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through consultation and negotiation across missions.
• Develop outreach approaches and stakeholder materials; support outreach campaigns and information-sharing.
• Coordinate stakeholder participation in HSIN communications and events; prepare metrics and reports.
• Support meetings, briefings, webinars, demonstrations, and stakeholder visits nationwide.
• Assist stakeholders in planning exercises, workshops, and training as requested by Government.
• Contribute to HSIN engagement plans, stakeholder matrix, and travel/event summaries.
