Job summary

Top Gun Staffing and Top Gun Workforce Solutions are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and establish strategic partnerships across Montgomery and Central Alabama. This role focuses on growing the staffing and workforce solutions division through proactive territory development and strong relationships with HR leaders and operations managers.

Qualifications

Proven business development or sales experience in staffing and recruiting.
Established network or book of business in Montgomery/Central Alabama preferred.
Experience building new staffing accounts and expanding existing relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy to expand Top Gun’s presence in Montgomery and Central Alabama.
Identify and secure new staffing accounts in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, distribution, warehousing and related sectors.
Leverage relationships to generate new business opportunities and meetings with HR, Plant Managers, and executives.
Sell a portfolio of staffing services: temporary, temp-to-hire, contract staffing, skilled trades, direct-hire recruiting.
Negotiate staffing agreements, pricing, bill rates, and service expectations.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution and account management.
