Job summary

Carbon, Inc. is seeking a senior software architect to lead the design of mission-critical web applications and safeguard Tier-0 services powering its global printer network.

You will drive scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, implement data pipelines, and advance front-end architectures with React and Three.js. You will mentor engineers and own major initiatives end-to-end, shaping a long-term architectural roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or higher in computer science or engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Expert knowledge in modern languages: Node, Typescript, C++, Go, Python, Java.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Expertise in building and scaling APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and safeguard mission-critical ecosystems for Tier-0 services.
• Engineer scalable web infrastructure using cloud platforms and data architectures.
