Wing is seeking a Sr. Staff UX Designer to join our Product & UX team. This role can be hybrid in Palo Alto, CA, or fully remote within the United States.

You will architect the future of autonomous logistics, defining how individuals, merchants, and partners interact with the world’s leading drone delivery ecosystem. As a senior individual contributor, you will lead end-to-end design across a mission-critical portfolio: consumer-facing apps, partner and merchant operations, and internal tools

Qualifications

• 15+ years of design experience with shipped products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across the full product lifecycle from discovery to high-fidelity execution.
• Create seamless experiences for consumer apps and scalable partner/retail integrations.
• Map and optimize service workflows linking fulfillment, operations, and real-time logistics.
• Design internal tools and dashboards to configure and manage autonomous aircraft networks.
• Partner with UX Research to design interviews, studies and tests.
• Contribute to and scale the design system and visual language.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Hardware and Aviation Operations to navigate constraints.
