Job summary

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences for billions of users. You will craft user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary UX team to evolve the Google design language.

You will work on AI-enabled ad experiences, driving design from concept to execution and partnering with engineering and product teams to deliver polished, interactive experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience building and designing AI-powered consumer products or features.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Responsibilities

• Establish and advocate a cohesive design strategy for advertising within Generative AI.
• Materialize ambitious concepts through advanced prototyping (including code, system prompting, and high-fidelity interaction design).
• Lead experimentation for a wide variety of novel ad formats.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership across Engineering and Product.
