Job summary

Google, Mountain View, CA-based, is seeking an experienced Interaction Designer to craft intuitive, AI-powered advertising experiences for billions of users. You will shape design strategies, build interactive prototypes, and collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to evolve Google's design language.

You will translate complex ad concepts into delightful user journeys, mentor teams, and lead cross-functional activities across Generative AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience designing AI-powered consumer products.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume.

Responsibilities

• Establish and advocate a cohesive design strategy for advertising within Generative AI.
• Prototype advanced interactions using code, prompts, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Lead experiments for new ad formats with hypothesis-driven designs.
• Partner with senior leadership across Engineering and Product.
