Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager – Hosted Infrastructure Operations to join our Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services team.

This role can be hybrid from our San Jose HQ or remote within the United States, bridging infrastructure engineering and customer onboarding to drive high-impact cloud and private environments. You will lead cross-functional programs, manage charters and milestones, and partner with system engineers, sales, and product teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in networking, cloud operations, infrastructure, or data center technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with VP-level stakeholders and manage executive communications.
• Experience building relationships across organizations with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle with charters, planning, and milestone tracking.
• Provide operational and network support to private customer and vendor-hosted environments.
• Deliver management-level visibility and reporting on project status and risks.
• Develop and refine processes, templates, and documentation to scale the org.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams.
