The Staff Technical Program Manager will Lead product and engineering teams that revolutionize customer and industry workflows, enhancing efficiency and setting new standards. Your strategic vision will directly influence customer experiences, driving innovative and transformative changes. Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product-based organizations.

  • Spearhead pre-planning and planning processes within CSM platform teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Drive engineering excellence by tracking and supporting the organization in meeting deliverables and key metrics.

  • Facilitate timely engagement from cross-functional teams to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Act as a change agent, championing and communicating innovative solutions across the organization.

  • Deliver effective strategies and solutions by proactively mitigating obstacles.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally on a design team
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • SAFe experience a plus along with metrics reporting experience

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
