True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Global Supply Manager to build and scale our global supply chain from the ground up. You will design processes, deploy systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable our groundbreaking space technologies.

You will own supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and drive compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and DFARS while aligning procurement with project timelines and budgets in a fast-paced startup environment near Denver or Long Beach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 8+ years of supply chain management experience.
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
• Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory and demand planning.
• Familiarity with ITAR and DFARS compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Sourcing to develop a scalable supply chain strategy.
• Support make-vs-buy analysis and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Own supplier communications with internal stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations on cost, terms, capacity, and long-lead agreements.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regs including AS9100 and ITAR/DFARS.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, production, and finance.
• Implement FAR flow-down and broader organizational compliance.
