Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend or infrastructure development experience.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed storage systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems concepts: fault tolerance, consistency, scalability.
• BS, MS, or PhD in CS or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
