Job summary

Carbon3D seeks a senior frontend engineer to architect and scale mission-critical web applications, bridging hardware, software and data across our additive manufacturing platform. You will lead frontend architecture and deliver data-heavy control systems with React and Three.js on a Google Cloud-based backend.

Expect end-to-end ownership, mentorship of engineers, and collaboration with product teams to drive a 10x scaling roadmap from Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge in Node, TS, C++, Go, Python or Java.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and safeguard mission-critical web ecosystems powering our global printer network.
• Engineer scalable web infrastructure using React, Three.js and cloud platforms.
• Master React and Three.js ecosystems for data-heavy control systems.
• Own initiatives end-to-end from design to production deployment.
• Mentor a diverse team of engineers and product managers.
