Ping Identity in Austin is seeking an experienced staff software engineer to join our PingOne Directory team and help drive the development of our multi-tenant user store. You will collaborate with product, architecture, UX, and SRE to solve complex identity challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, UX, and SRE to design features, APIs and microservices.
• Lead feature development from discovery to production, including design, review and testing.
• Balance product needs, engineering quality, performance, security and delivery constraints.
• Work on SaaS or on-premise products and participate in on-call rotations.
• Mentor peers through code reviews, feedback, and knowledge-sharing.
