Findhelp seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer to expand a nationwide social-services platform. You’ll lead cross-functional engineering efforts, refactor legacy code, and mentor others while delivering high-quality features with a focus on user impact.

You will work in a collaborative team, building robust, scalable systems using Python and ReactJS, and contribute to architectural decisions that emphasize performance and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a professional software developer.
• Experience architecting features for long term impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience breaking down complex features into deliverables.
• Proficiency in Python and ReactJS preferred.
• Comfort with Python in large codebases and scaling.
