Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience with optical test equipment or similar devices.
• Experience developing software using C#, Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
• Current knowledge of enterprise software development for both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience integrating cloud platforms with IoT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver software solutions supporting factory hardware and manufacturing operations.
• Develop software applications that support optical testing of fiber-optic products.
• Serve as a key contributor within the Integrated Manufacturing Systems team.
• Independently lead smaller software projects while collaborating effectively on larger team initiatives.
• Drive software quality and continuous improvement through disciplined development practices.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions while maintaining alignment with long-term business and technical strategies.
• Participate in technical decision-making and problem-solving activities.
