Senior Staff Software Engineer, Developer Infrastructure

You are the overall tech lead who unites Robinhood's Developer Infrastructure org, spanning DevX, TestX, Backend Platform and Mobile Platform, under one technical direction. You lead the Bazel-based monorepo build, the remote build execution cluster and CI/CD handling thousands of builds a day, and drive the push to weave AI and coding agents into the whole development lifecycle, from code review to build pipelines. The posting asks for ten-plus years and experience with large-scale monorepo build systems; base pay is $264,000 to $310,000 with bonus and equity on top.
