Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join an established team and lead multiple projects, expanding architecture, data flows, and automation for the PeopleCloud platform. You will own development, testing, and maintenance of product features while enforcing best practices and driving new components using large data sets in Databricks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
• 12+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• 6+ years in a cloud deployment.
• Experience leading/mentoring engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Cloud service experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Workflows, Live Tables.

Responsibilities

• Plan for new features with engineering and architecture leadership.
• Write code and enforce coding standards.
• Lead multi-project ownership and multi-tasking across teams.
• Collaborate on QA automation and test case development.
• Identify optimization opportunities and improve automation.
