Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect and build the CIP data platform, consolidating HR, Finance, Product Development, and Revenue Operations data into a governed, enterprise-scale data foundation on Databricks. You will design scalable ingestion frameworks, implement Medallion Architecture, and enable AI-powered analytics for executive dashboards and BI solutions.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, and business partners to ensure successful CIP delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years building enterprise-scale data platforms and cloud analytics.
• Deep expertise with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Medallion Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ingestion frameworks and data pipelines.
• Lead architecture decisions for Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks features.
• Govern data quality, metadata, lineage, and security controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CIP capabilities.
