Job summary

Nuable is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to own the foundational platform powering their AI-driven FinTech product. You will design scalable backend services, orchestration, and data infrastructure while working closely with customers to solve complex financial workflows.

You’ll influence architecture and technical strategy in a fast-paced startup, shaping product direction and platform capabilities with direct customer impact.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience in Backend or Platform Software Engineering.
• Strong commercial experience developing software in Python.
• Experience designing scalable backend platforms and distributed systems.
• The ability to make architectural decisions within fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders.
• A passion for building foundational systems that enable engineering teams to move faster.
• Previous experience within FinTech, AI or enterprise SaaS would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Salary
