Texas Health and Human Services seeks a Staff Services Officer IV for the Behavioral Health Services Division, reporting to Strategy and Operations. The role performs senior staff services work across HR, purchasing, training, records management and property management.

Work involves planning, directing, coordinating and performing multiple functions with limited supervision and considerable latitude for initiative.

Qualifikationen

• Plan, develop, maintain and support SharePoint; provide training.
• Provide technical assistance on HR processes and policy questions.
• Maintain BHS database with positions, telework schedules, demographics, and office information.

• Plans, develops, maintains and supports SharePoint (25%).
• Provides technical assistance on HR processes; advise management and policy questions (20%).
• Establishes and maintains BHS database with positions, telework schedules, demographics and office information (25%).
• Coordinates division requests for office seating and keeps maps/databases up to date (25%).
• Performs other duties to support priorities and objectives (5%).
