Job summary

TJX Companies, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer, seeks a Senior Staff Scrum Master for Global Front of Stores to lead Agile delivery across multiple banners and regions. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and safeguard value delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You'll collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Engineering to plan and deploy large epics into production, aligning multiple squads and ARTs, while helping mature Agile practices across the global stores network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT delivery experience.
• Proven experience coaching Agile teams and delivering at scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

The Global Point of Sale (POS) and Payments Solution Delivery organization is responsible for delivering technological solutions to drive growth, enable efficiency, and improve the customer experience at the front-line in our stores. We innovate globally across all TJX banners to ensure a first-class transaction process for our customers (sales, returns, and exchanges), enable payment processing and TJX rewards programs, facilitate downstream sales audit and financial reporting, and much more!

The Global Front of Stores Delivery Team manages the delivery of solutions to our global stores that enrich the customer experience and provide business value. We are seeking a motivated, talented Senior Staff Scrum Master to deliver these capabilities and solutions to drive value to our stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Scrum Master, your core responsibilities will include managing the flow of work throughout the ART, assisting team s to clear obstacles, manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver on commitments. You will work closely with the Product , Delivery, and Engineering teams , planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams.

What you'll need

We are looking for a S enior S taff S crum M aster who has proven ability to effectively lead delivery efforts and drive outcomes that enhance flow of work efficiencies across Global Front of Stores Agile Release Train . T his experience has d emonstrated success taking charge to align multiple teams, managing complex initiatives, and driv ing timely completion of ART wide commitments.

Skills/Knowledge

• 8+ years in Agile environment as a Scrum Master/Project Manager/Program Manager with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFE
• Advanced communication, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, team-building, and mentoring skills
• Self-driven and flexible team member who adapts quickly and demonstrates ability to work well with others (diverse stakeholders and personality types) as well as independently, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be assertive, be voice of reason and authority
• Deep knowledge of Agile Methodology and tools wit h demonstrated experience leading and facilitating SAFe ceremonies (team level and across teams/ART)
• Proven capability of effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations effectively in a fast - paced environment
• S killed in articulating options, recommendations, plan ning/replanning, and driving decisions throughout the delivery of work
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams to deliver multiple, concurrent releases to production leveraging proce ss to drive consistency
• Highly effective communicator, with demonstrated success in communicating to multiple levels of stakeholders and tailoring communications to fit audiences
• S killed in leading and delivering outcomes for continuous improvement activities focused on driving efficiencies and speed to value across teams/ART
• Ability to establish an environment where teams can be highly effective, supporting teams by managing outside interruptions and distractions along with addressing any team dynamics if needed
• Adept at Solution Delivery Lifecycle Management, SDP controls, and Agile Management tools (particularly JIRA Align and Confluence as we ll as Power BI Dashboard s ).
• Skilled in revi ewing metrics to measure progress, analyzing and adjusting learnings
• Ability to show situational awareness, be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate where appropriate
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset / training / experience
• SAFe or equivalent Scrum Master certification preferred
