Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in biomedical engineering, biology, molecular biology, cell biology, neuroscience, or related field is required.
• Postdoctoral or equivalent advanced research training is strongly preferred.
• Significant hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology methods.
• Ability to independently design, execute, analyze, and troubleshoot complex studies.
• Proven track record of scientific productivity and ability to communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute rigorous experimental studies in mammalian cell engineering and disease modeling.
• Provide scientific leadership and mentorship to junior researchers and students.
• Develop and optimize new experimental methods and capabilities.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to the PI and team.
• Contribute to manuscripts, grant applications, and presentations.
• Maintain high standards of data stewardship, safety, and regulatory compliance.
