Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors/Masters/PhD in a relevant scientific field (Virology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.).
• 10+ years of relevant research/industrial experience with a Bachelor's, 8+ years with a Master's, or 0-2+ years with a Ph.D.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize upstream processes for viral antigen and recombinant protein production using mammalian cell culture.
• Develop scalable seed-train and production workflows, including culture expansion, inoculation strategy, and media optimization.
• Plan and document experiments; analyze data; prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead or support technology transfer of developed processes to Production and Quality Control.
