As a Senior Staff R&D Systems Engineer, you will serve as a leading member of the R&D team for our next-generation vascular thrombectomy platforms. This role bridges advanced medical device hardware with high-performance digital ecosystems. You will lead cross-functional project teams through the entire product development lifecycle—independently researching, prototyping, and testing complex fluidic components and electro-mechanical control systems. Additionally, you will actively shape broader R&D organizational initiatives and cross-functional product strategy.
