Job summary
Entrust is seeking a Staff Software Quality Assurance Engineer to provide cross-team technical leadership for quality across a multi-tenant SaaS platform. The role defines automation architecture and risk-based quality strategies, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability under production conditions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of professional software quality engineering or software development experience.
- Advanced programming skills in at least one modern language and scalable automation frameworks experience.
- Experience testing cloud-native SaaS at scale, multi-tenancy and production operations.
- Experience with performance, scalability, and resilience testing.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-team quality strategy, automation architecture, and risk-based coverage for SaaS services.
- Design reusable automation frameworks and test libraries for parallel execution.
- Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
- Lead performance, load, and capacity testing to meet service objectives.
- Mentor engineers and drive evidence-based release decisions.
