Job summary

SandboxAQ is hiring a Senior Staff Product Designer to shape the AQtive Guard cryptography management platform. You will partner with product and engineering to design workflows for CISOs and security teams, delivering wireframes, mockups, and prototypes refined through workshops and interviews.

You will lead user research, craft engaging product experiences, and drive a design system to ensure consistency across UI components.

Qualifications

7–10 years of product design, UX/UI, and user research experience.
Portfolio demonstrating clear, intuitive, and user-centered designs.
Experience designing for complex/technical platforms, with security-focused workflows.
Ability to lead workshops, run interviews, and synthesize insights into requirements.

Responsibilities

Own the craft of design for the cryptography management platform through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Define and drive the vision of the product in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable design tasks.
Lead usability studies, workshops, and user interviews to validate interactions.
Develop and evolve a design system and visual style guide for a consistent UI.
Present and iterate designs based on feedback from users and cross-functional partners.
