Job summary
Intuit Credit Karma in Mountain View, CA seeks a Senior Staff Product Designer to lead end-to-end experiences across personal finance tools on web and mobile. The role emphasizes scalable, accessible design, with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment onsite.
You will shape product vision, translate complex concepts into intuitive interfaces, and drive design systems across the portfolio, partnering with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver
Qualifications
- 10+ years of UX/UI/Product design experience, including staff-level experience
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work
- Exceptional visual, interaction, and systems design skills
- Deep understanding of human-centered design and accessibility principles
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product management, and user research
- Familiarity with mobile design guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design)
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives, shaping member journey and product vision
- Translate financial concepts into simple, accessible experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Use research and data to guide decisions and refine solutions
- Mentor other designers and extend design systems across products
- Partner with product management and engineering to define strategy and deliver measurable impact
