Job summary

Ripple Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and develop our Trust Platform — the programmable controls, integrations, and APIs that ensure secure, compliant operation as we serve banks and other regulated users.

You will own the roadmap, define reusable components, build scalable tooling for information requests, and partner with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory needs into concrete product decisions.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated technology space.
History of developing platform products — reusable primitives and APIs.
Experience in compliance, risk, trust and safety, or other high-stakes regulatory domains.
Ability to operate independently across Compliance, Legal, Engineering and other product teams.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for high-stakes regulatory surfaces and anticipate jurisdictional needs.
Define scope for the Trust Platform and determine reusable components and APIs.
Build tooling for information-request and review workflows spanning product lines.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Engineering to translate requirements into product decisions.
