• Experience collaborating with DoD stakeholders and military personnel.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and military audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Staff Operational Analyst - Ranger to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape operational analysis for autonomous systems in mission-critical scenarios, with a strong focus on modeling, simulation, and wargaming. You will partner closely with engineering teams and government stakeholders to evaluate performance, inform design decisions, and strengthen mission outcomes. The position requires deep analytical rigor and the ability to translate complex operational findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $225,000 - $340,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational analysis strategies for autonomous aircraft in military scenarios
• Lead modeling, simulation, and wargaming efforts to evaluate system performance and mission impact
