Ladders seeks a Senior Staff Operational Analyst - Ranger to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space in Seattle, WA. The role shapes operational analysis for autonomous systems in mission-critical scenarios, with a focus on modeling, simulation, and wargaming.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational analysis, M&S, or military operations research.
• Expertise in mission analysis, planning, and wargaming methodologies.
• Proficiency with M&S tools such as AFSIM, STK, MATLAB, and Python.
• Deep understanding of air combat, ISR, electronic warfare, or autonomous systems in contested environments.
• Experience collaborating with DoD stakeholders and military personnel.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and military audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational analysis strategies for autonomous aircraft in military scenarios.
• Lead modeling, simulation, and wargaming efforts to evaluate system performance and mission impact.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate operational insights into design improvements.
• Conduct trade studies and sensitivity analyses under varying operational conditions.
• Utilize advanced M&S tools to create high-fidelity mission models.
• Analyze engagements and decision-making processes to optimize mission success.
• Engage with DoD stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational needs.
• Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to leadership and government agencies.
