You will partner with cross-functional teams, define analyses, oversee a team, and deliver measurable outcomes that inform product strategy and program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, operations research, or data science.
• 10+ years of experience in operations analysis or related technical domains.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in teams or projects.
• Proficiency in modeling and simulation for product or operational decisions.
• Strong understanding of military operations and defense concepts.
• Excellent technical communication skills for briefing senior leaders.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Ops Analysis (R5036) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will own the operations analysis function, building a disciplined capability that informs product strategy and program execution. The role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex operational questions into structured analysis, clear recommendations, and executive-ready decisions. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can combine rigorous modeling with strong communication and team leadership in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Location: Washington, DC

Compensation: $210,000 – $320,000 annually
